Job Placement



kenProject2RVI’s Community Employment Program provides training for adults who have developmental disabilities and who would like to work in the community. They can receive job coaching and other supported employment services, so the employer does not need to provide extra training. These services are provided at no cost to the employer.

We strive to match the employment position with the individual’s interests and skills. RVI will provide a trained, certified job coach who will work side-by-side with the new employee, teaching the new job to him or her while enhancing employment skills. This ongoing professional presence remains until both the employee and the employer are comfortable with the skills and the abilities.

We want these relationships to be successes!
